The multimedia company NEP Belgium is the exclusive audiovisual partner of the Résidence Palace. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet the needs of journalists and clients.
They offer a comprehensive set of services:
- technical support in the rooms during events
- interactive livestream options
- recording and video reporting of your event
- technical support in the recording studio and editing/dubbing room
- satellite connection for live images

The Residence Palace has a fiber-optic cable link to all European institutions and the VRT.
With the recent installation of a new high-tech conference system, the services provided at the Résidence Palace have moved to the next level.
